Start by preparing the puff pastry.
Spread the red fruit jam in the center of this pastry and set aside.
Next, peel the apples and remove their core.
Add a pinch of brown sugar, a pinch of ground cinnamon and spread with your hands to blend into the apples.
Add the milk chocolate cut into cubes.
Transfer the apples to the puff pastry with jam that we prepared earlier, turning them over.
Now, using a spatula, cut the apples into strips and arrange them.
Add the candied fruits and the crushed walnuts.
Cover the filling with one side of the pastry and add another 100 g of red fruit jam.
Next, fold over the other side of the pastry.
Brush the mixture of egg yolks with milk over the entire pastry.
Now, with the help of a spatula, make shallow cuts on top of the pastry.
Then, add the apple slices coated in brown sugar and sprinkle with ground cinnamon to taste.
Take the dessert to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 25 minutes
