Grilled Roasted Chicken

Start by cutting the wingtips of the chicken and trimming off the excess skin.Spatchcock it, flip and flatten very well using a meat mallet until tender.Season with salt to taste and black pepper, on both sides.Now, in a skillet, add enough oil to cover its bottom, add the butter and let it melt.Add the chicken in the skillet with the skin facing down and let it fry for 5 minutes or until golden brown.After this indicated, flip the chicken and let it fry for another 5 minutes.After that, remove from the heat and set aside.

  • 3 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce

  • 3 Minced Garlic Cloves
