Into a bowl, add the ground beef, the egg, the small onion chopped into dices, the salt, the black pepper, the crushed garlic cloves, the sweet paprika and the oregano, mix it all together very well.
Once you’ve done that, place the meat on a sheet of plastic wrap and flatten it well.
Fill it with the grated mozzarella cheese, spreading it all over the meat.
Now roll up the meat into a log shape, fold the tips of the plastic wrap and freeze it for 1 hour.
After this indicated time, cut the log into smaller slices, about 2-finger thick each.
Now coat each slice in wheat flour, then dip in the beaten eggs and finally, coat in the breadcrumbs.
Repeat this process with all the slices.
Into a skillet, add some oil and heat it up.
Fry the slices in hot oil for 3 minutes each side.
Drain excess oil on a plate lined with paper towels.
Serve.
