Start by cutting the beef into cubes.
Transfer all these cubes to a large bowl, add the mayonnaise, mix until incorporated and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium-low heat, add the unsalted butter and stir until fully melted.
Add the onion chopped into small cubes, the crushed garlic cloves and stir until golden brown.
Next, add all the meat cubes we prepared earlier and stir very well until incorporated.
Cover the skillet and let it all cook for 5 minutes.
After this indicated time, season with the sweet paprika, the salt, one pinch of black pepper, the dried parsley and stir until incorporated.
Add the ketchup, the mustard and stir once again.
Add the table cream, stir and finish by adding parsley to taste.
Serve.
