Start by adding the ground beef into a donut pan and divide it equally into the 6 holes of the pan.
Next, to season, add a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 25 minutes.
In a large bowl, add the eggs, the milk, the salt, the sugar and mix.
Add the wheat flour and mix again until fully combined.
After the meat has baked, remove it from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add half of the batter we prepared dividing it evenly among the 6 holes.
In each hole, add the shredded cheddar cheese and the baked beef.
Then, add another 50g of shredded cheddar cheese and cover with the remaining batter.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve.
