Filling
In a large bowl, add the wheat flour, the milk, the melted unsalted butter and mix everything very well until it becomes a smooth and even dough.
Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
After this time has passed, transfer the dough to a countertop, divide it into 6 equal pieces and shape each piece into a ball.
Next, take one of these dough balls and roll it out on a greased countertop until it reaches a thickness that is neither too thin nor too thick.
Then cut it into thin strips and brush melted butter on top.
Gather the strips together, stretch them out and roll them up.
Repeat this process with the remaining dough.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, place the pieces of dough, flatten them well and fry them until golden brown.
To assemble a sandwich with this bread, add mayonnaise to taste.
Add one slice of smoked bologna, the arugula leaves, cherry tomatoes to taste and close the sandwich with another piece of bread.
Repeat this process with the other flatbreads.
Serve.
