Meat Preparation
Start by adding 6 glasses onto a baking tray lined with ground beef and scoop out the meat using the glasses to shape it.
Then in 3 of these glasses add 1 cube of cheddar cheese and press down in the center.
Next, take the meat from another glass and close it, covering the cheese.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the meat we prepared and fry until both sides are golden brown.
In a mixer, add the mint, the mayonnaise, the heavy cream, the honey, the black pepper, the salt, the garlic powder, the onion powder and blend everything thoroughly until well combined.
To finish, pour the sauce we prepared over the fried meat.
To prepare the meat, in a large bowl, add the ground beef.
Add the crushed onion, the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the chimichurri, the garlic powder, parsley to taste, a drizzle of olive oil and mix.
Transfer it to a large baking tray and spread it evenly.
Serve.
