Pork Leg with Orange Juice

In a baking dish, add the pork leg, the orange juice, the juice of one lime, the soy sauce, the garlic cloves cut into small cubes, the salt, the dried rosemary, a pinch of black pepper and mix everything very well.Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap, take it to the fridge and let it marinate for 2 hours.After this time has passed, in a pressure cooker, add the onions cut into slices, covering the entire bottom and the tomatoes also cut into round slices.Add the meat we prepared earlier and all the marinade broth.Put on the lid, turn on the heat to medium power and let it heat up until it reaches pressure.When that happens, lower the heat and let it all cook for another 20 minutes.After this time has passed, remove the meat from the pan and set aside.In the same pan, add the small potatoes, put on the lid and let everything cook for 5 minutes after it reaches pressure.Then, in a medium baking dish, add the meat we cooked, the potatoes, as well as the cooking broth.Take to a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and roast everything for 20 minutes.Serve.
