Start by cutting the cabbage in half, then cut the halves in half again, splitting it into 4 pieces. After that, set aside.
In a bowl, add the orange juice, the honey, the soy sauce and mix all the ingredients very well.
Add the sweet paprika and the chili flakes, mix well.
Once you’ve done that, in a skillet, add one drizzle of olive oil, add the pieces of cabbage and brown the cut sides.
When that happens, add the orange sauce we made, cover the skillet, let it all cook for 5 minutes.
After this indicated time, uncover the skillet and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, add the sesame sauce, the juice of half lime, the chili sauce, the crushed garlic cloves, the black sesame seeds and mix well.
Add 50ml of orange juice and mix once again.
Once the pieces of cabbage have cooked through, remove them from the skillet and transfer to a nice serving plate or dish.
Finally, drizzle 1 tablespoon of the sesame sauce over each piece of cabbage.
Serve.
