Toasted Cassava Flour
Start by adding the kale chopped into thin strips into an Air fryer basket.
Add a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
Fit it into the Air fryer, set the temperature to 180° C (350° F) and fry for 10 minutes.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the bacon cut into cubes and fry until golden brown.
Then, add the onion cut into small cubes, the crushed garlic cloves and sauté until slightly wilted.
Add the butter and stir until completely melted.
Add the cassava flour and stir until combined.
Season with a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper and stir.
Remove the kale from the Air fryer, transfer to the skillet, together with the other ingredients and stir once more to combine.
Serve.
