Start by cutting the potatoes into smaller pieces and transfer them to a saucepan, add enough water to cover them and the salt, let them boil for 10 minutes or until nicely soft.
After this indicated time, drain all the water.
Then transfer them to a large bowl and mash them into a potato mash, add the corn starch and mix well again.
Use your hands to mix until combined.
Once you’ve done that, get a piece of dough and round it well by hand, I’ve made about 20 potato balls.
Then using a long-neck bottle, gently press down on the center of the balls, making a small circular cut on them. Repeat this process with all the potato balls and set them aside.
Into a skillet, add the oil and the margarine, stir until melted.
Add the sliced garlic cloves, the onion chopped into strips, add the apple vinegar and the soy sauce, stir and add the chili flakes, stir well.
Add the potato balls and let them cook for 5 minutes.
Flip them and cook for another 5 minutes on the other side.
After this indicated time, top with parsley to taste.
Serve.
