Start by slicing the pork loin steaks – make superficial diagonal cuts on them then do the same thing in the opposite direction, forming a crisscross pattern.
Next, transfer all these steaks to a Ziplock bag and add enough Coca Cola to cover them.
Close the bag and leave them to marinate for 30 minutes.
In a large saucepan, add the potatoes cut into slices and add enough water to cover them all.
Add the salt, turn on the heat, set it to medium power and let them cook for 10 minutes.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the onion cut into thin strips, the grated carrot and sauté until slightly wilted.
Next, add the mushrooms cut into smaller pieces.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Once you've done that, remove the potatoes from the heat and drain the hot water.
To assemble the recipe, take a sheet of aluminum foil.
Add the potatoes that we prepared, forming a bed, and add one of the steaks we left to marinate.
Season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.
Add 2 tablespoons of the stew we prepared and close the aluminum foil by wrapping everything.
Repeat this process with all the meat and the stew, and transfer everything to a large baking sheet.
Now, to each of them, add 2 tablespoons of Coca Cola, 1 tablespoon of sour cream, 50 grams of grated mozzarella cheese and close all of them.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 45 minutes.
Serve.
