Pork Skewers

Start by slicing the piece of pork loin into 8 steaks.Next, cover the steaks with plastic wrap and using a meat mallet, gently pound them.Season them with salt to taste and black pepper, flip them and repeat the same spices on the other side.Set aside.Cut the peeled potatoes into round slices.Transfer them to a bowl and season them with salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika and one drizzle of olive oil, mix well.Cut the onions into round slices and set aside.Next, to assemble the recipe, get two barbecue skewers and pierce 2 potato slices, one through each skewer, then pierce the pork steak through both skewers, add 2 onion slices, piercing one through each skewer, and one slice of bacon folded in half, repeat this process until all the ingredients have been used.Place the skewers over a moistened sheet of parchment paper and a sheet of foil.Wrap them very well, first in the parchment paper then in the foil.Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 50 minutes.Meanwhile, in a small bowl, add the soy sauce, the ketchup, the mustard and the honey, mix very well.Once the recipe has baked through, open it and add all the sauce we made, spreading it with a brush.Then take it back to the oven and let it bake for another 15 minutes or until golden brown.Serve.

  • 1 Tablespoon of Ketchup 
  • 1 Teaspoon of Grain Mustard 
  • 2 Teaspoons of Honey
