In a medium bowl, add the bread slices and the water.
Now, squeeze well and drain the excess water.
Then, add the eggs and separate the yolks
Add the bell peppers chopped into small cubes, the crushed onion and parsley to taste.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder and mix everything well until combined.
In a large skillet over low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the mixture we prepared, dividing it into three portions of 2 tablespoons each and shape them into patties.
Next, add the yolks we prepared, one on each patty.
Cover the skillet and let them all fry for 10 minutes.
Serve.
