Omelet with Sausage

Start by cutting the chicken sausages into slices, place two skewers on the sides of the sausages as a base and cut into round slices, this will prevent you from cutting them all the way through.After that, flip the sausages and cut them in half, lengthwisePut the ends of one of the sausage halves together by sticking a toothpick through it, repeat this process with the other sausages.Get the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites.Into a skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil, add the sausages, and place the yolks into the sausages. Season with some salt, cover the skillet and let it fry for about 3 minutes on low heat.After this indicated time, flip the sausages, and fry the other side for another 3 minutes.Take the sausages out of the skillet and set aside.Now, beat the egg whites we’ve set aside until stiff peaks are formed, transfer them to the skillet where we fried the sausages and add some chopped chives to taste, and the cherry tomatoes chopped into small pieces. Season with some salt and black pepper, cover the skillet and let it all cook for about 3 to 5 minutes on low heat.Get some sausages and enjoy.

  • Chives to Taste
  • 5 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons of Grated Parmesan
