Sauce
In a large bowl, add the ground beef.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the sweet paprika, the chimichurri and mix.
Next, trim the edges of the tortillas, shaping them into squares.
Now, take a handful of the meat and spread it out, covering the entire tortilla.
Repeat this process with all of them.
Next, stack all of them and cut them into strips about 2 fingers wide.
Then put all the strips together and insert the barbecue skewers to hold them all together.
Now, make cuts between the skewers to form kebabs.
Transfer them to a large baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Brush everything with barbecue sauce to taste.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.
To make the sauce, in a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the barbecue sauce, the ketchup, the mustard, the honey, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix.
Serve with the sauce we prepared.
