Syrup
Into a saucepan over medium heat, add the sugar and stir until it turns into a caramel syrup, add some water and stir until liquid.
Pour the caramel syrup into a baking tin and spread evenly.
Cut the bananas in half and add them to the baking tin, set aside.
Into a bowl, add the eggs, the sugar and mix well for 3 minutes. Add the melted butter and the cinnamon powder, mix again.
Add the sifted wheat flour, the milk and mix until combined.
Finally, add the baking powder and mix well, lightly.
Pour all this batter into the baking tin, over the bananas, and spread evenly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 50 minutes. Do the toothpick test.
Serve.

I don't see milk listed as an ingredient but it is in the instructions. Do you add milk? If so how much?
