Topping
In a pan, place the condensed milk, the egg yolks and mix with the heat still off. Add half of the milk and with the other half, dissolve the corn starch and pour this mixture into the pan. Stir constantly until thickened over medium heat. Pour this cream into a glass dish.
Make a layer of corn starch biscuits on top of this cream and set aside.
To make the second part, pour half the milk into a pan and dissolve the corn starch with the other half, then pour this mixture into the pan. Add the sugar and the chocolate powder, stir nonstop over medium heat until it thickens. Transfer to the glass dish and set aside.
In a mixer, put the sugar and the packs of table cream, whip until it gains consistency and transfer to the glass dish, spread well.
Leave in the fridge for 2 to 4 hours.
