
Sauce
Start by pressing down on the ground beef.
Add the eggs, the butter cut into cubes, the grated potato, the grated carrot, the red bell pepper cut into cubes, parsley to taste, green onion to taste, the cloves of garlic cut into small cubes, the cream cheese, the grated cheddar cheese and the grated mozzarella cheese.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Next, spread all this meat over the table and shape the meat using the cream cheese container.
Transfer to a large baking tray lined with non-stick parchment paper.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the mustard, the ketchup, the barbecue sauce, the honey, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix.
Serve with the sauce we prepared.
