Start by placing the milk biscuits into a food processor and crush them until they turn into fine crumbs.
Transfer everything to a large bowl, add the melted unsalted butter, the hazelnut cream, the milk and mix everything very well until combined.
Next, in a large bowl, add the sugar, the well-chilled whipping cream, the condensed milk and beat everything very well until stiff peaks form.
Place the biscuit mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and mold it into a rectangular and even shape.
Next, add the creamy mixture we prepared and spread it out until it's flat.
Add the ripe bananas with the ends cut off and roll up the dessert, wrapping it in plastic wrap.
Place it in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, add the semi-sweet chocolate, the heavy cream, place this mixture in the microwave at maximum power and melt it in 30-second intervals, always stirring in between until fully melted.
Next, pour this mixture over the Swiss roll we prepared, place it back in the refrigerator and let it chill for another 10 minutes.
Now, melt the white chocolate and with the help of a potato masher, decorate the Swiss roll just like shown in the video.
Serve.
