Start by adding the medium-sized pre-cooked beetroot and the pre-cooked carrot both cut into smaller pieces into a food processor.
Add the chicken breast cut into small cubes and grind everything very well until it turns into a smooth and uniform mixture.
If you prefer, this process can also be done in a blender.
Season with the salt, a generous pinch of black pepper and grind again to combine.
After doing that, transfer all this mixture to a piping bag.
Squeeze it onto a piece of plastic wrap and shape it into a cylinder.
Then, roll it up tightly, wrapping the mixture in the plastic and sealing the ends.
Repeat this process with the entire mixture.
Fill a large pot over medium to low heat with water and bring it to a boil.
Add all the sausages and cook them for 10 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove them from the hot water and take off the plastic.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the sausages we prepared and fry them until golden brown.
To finish, fill hot dog buns with the sausages we prepared.
To each hot dog bun add one fried sausage, ketchup to taste, mustard to taste, rose sauce to taste and mayonnaise to taste.
Serve.
