Start by adding the watermelon to the cooked white rice and using your hands, mash the watermelon together with the rice until they are completely broken down.
Add the sugar, the powdered milk, the milk and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Transfer this mixture to a food processor and blend until the rice is completely dissolved.
If you like, you can do this process with a blender.
Next, transfer this mixture to popsicle molds and add enough mixture to fill almost the whole mold.
To each one, add one tablespoon of milk chocolate chips, give it a mix and close with the popsicle stick.
Place it in the freezer and let it chill for at least 4 hours.
After this time has passed, if you like, melt the milk chocolate.
Pour it into a tall glass and dip the popsicles into it, forming a chocolate coating.
Serve.
