Chicken
Start by cutting the medium potatoes into cubes.
Transfer them to a medium bowl and season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the chimichurri, a drizzle of olive oil, mix all the ingredients together very well and transfer to a baking sheet lined with nonstick baking paper.
Take to a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) and bake for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-low heat, add enough oil to cover its bottom, add the chicken breasts chopped into cubes and stir until slightly golden brown.
Add the onion chopped into small cubes, the crushed garlic cloves and stir until golden brown.
Now, season with the salt, the ground mustard, the sweet paprika and the curry powder, stir until incorporated.
Pour in the thick cream and stir. Cover the skillet and let it all cook for 5 minutes.
Into a medium baking dish, put all the potatoes, the chicken cubes, mix.
Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese all over it, take to a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) and bake until the cheese is nice and golden.
Serve.
