Stuffed Toasts

Start by adding the slices of bread on the rack of an electric oven.

Turn it to 400°F and toast for 15 minutes.

If you prefer, you can do this step in a traditional oven or in an Air Fryer.

Grease a nonstick baking sheet with olive oil, add 6 slices of the toasts we prepared and top them with the grated mozzarella cheese. 

Add another 6 slices of toasts and set aside.

In a bowl, add the eggs, one pinch of salt, one pinch of black pepper and whisk until combined. 

Now, transfer all this egg mixture to the baking sheet with the toasts and spread it with a brush.

Next, top 2 of these toasts with the sliced mushrooms and the fried bacon bits. 

Now, top 2 other toasts with the halved cherry tomatoes and the grated mozzarella cheese. 

Top the last 2 toasts with the hot dog sausages chopped into round slices and some chives to taste.

Take it to a preheated oven at 350°F and bake for 35 minutes.

Serve.
