Start by cutting the piece of pork loin down the middle, creating a pocket.
In a medium bowl, add the unsalted butter at room temperature, the grated garlic cloves, the sprig of rosemary, the salt, the sweet paprika and mix.
Then stuff the loin we cut earlier with all the seasoned butter and set aside.
In a small bowl, add the soy sauce, the honey, the pickled mustard seeds, the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix.
Now brush this sauce all over the butter-stuffed meat.
Next, tie the meat with kitchen twine onto the oven rack.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
In a large baking tray, add the rice, the bell pepper cut into smaller pieces, the heavy cream, the chicken broth, the salt, the black pepper and mix to incorporate.
Take it to the oven along with the meat and bake it for the same amount of time.
Serve.
