Start by removing the core from the cabbage then place it in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and cook it in the microwave on medium power for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in another bowl, add the ground beef, the onion chopped into small cubes, the tomatoes and the carrot chopped into cubes, the crushed garlic cloves, the white rice, the salt, the black pepper and the oil, mix all the ingredients together very well until combined.
Now, set aside.
Once the cabbage has cooked through, remove the plastic wrap and separate each leaf, just like shown in the video.
Next, line a plastic baking sheet with 4 cooked cabbage leaves.
Then add half of the meat mixture we prepared and spread it well all over the cabbage leaves.
Fold all the cabbage edges over the meat filling then roll it all up into a log.
Finally, compact the cabbage roll by wrapping it in the plastic sheet and seal its ends tightly.
Repeat this process with the other cabbage leaves and the rest of the meat mixture.
Transfer to a large baking tray, take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 35 minutes.
Serve.

I prefer the beef rolls mixed with diced chicken and seasoning. It is firm.
