
Start by pouring the boiling water over the salmon.
Remove all the skin and cut it into 3 equal parts.
To season, add a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, flip them over and repeat the same seasoning on the other side.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough olive oil to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
Once the olive oil is hot, add the salmon we cut earlier and fry until both sides are golden brown.
Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In another skillet over medium to low heat add the unsalted butter and stir until melted.
Add the cloves of garlic chopped into small cubes, parsley to taste and sauté for 2 minutes.
Then, add the juice of one lemon and stir.
Add the salmon we prepared and drizzle with this mixture.
Finally, add the zest of one lemon over everything.
Serve.
