Two-Cream Biscuit Pie

Start by adding the condensed milk to the chocolate Nesquik and blend until fully combined.Stop blending and set aside.In a mixer, add the milk biscuits and crush them into fine crumbs.Transfer to a medium bowl, add the melted unsalted butter and mix. Transfer it to a removable-bottom baking pan lined with nonstick parchment paper, spread it evenly and set aside.In a large saucepan, add the granulated sugar, the vanilla-flavored pudding powder, the milk and stir until fully dissolved.Turn the heat to medium-low and stir until it becomes a smooth and even cream.Next, divide this cream into 2 portions, in one of the portions, add the white chocolate, the sweetened condensed milk and stir until the chocolate melts.In the other half, add the Nesquik chocolate mixture we prepared earlier and stir until melted.Transfer the creams we prepared earlier to the pan with the biscuit base, alternating them.Take the dessert to the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 3 hours.Serve.

  • 200g of Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 300g of Chocolate Nesquik
  • 200g of Milk Biscuits
  • 100g of Granulated Sugar
  • 100g of Vanilla-Flavored Pudding Powder 
  • 2L of Milk
  • 180g of White Chocolate
  • 100g of Sweetened Condensed Milk

Stop blending and set aside. 

In a mixer, add the milk biscuits and crush them into fine crumbs.

Transfer to a medium bowl, add the melted unsalted butter and mix. Transfer it to a removable-bottom baking pan lined with nonstick parchment paper, spread it evenly and set aside.

In a large saucepan, add the granulated sugar, the vanilla-flavored pudding powder, the milk and stir until fully dissolved.

Turn the heat to medium-low and stir until it becomes a smooth and even cream.

Next, divide this cream into 2 portions, in one of the portions, add the white chocolate, the sweetened condensed milk and stir until the chocolate melts.
