White cream
350ml of Milk
2 Tablespoons of Cornstarch
2 Egg Yolks
1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Essence
1 Pack of Condensed Milk (395g)
1 Pack of Table Cream (200g)
Chocolate cream
200ml of Milk
1 Pack of Condensed Milk (395g)
2 Tablespoons of Cornstarch
250g of Chocolate Powder
1 Pack of Table Cream (200g)
100ml of Whipped Cream
In a saucepan, add the milk and the cornstarch, mix well.
Add the egg yolks, the vanilla essence and the condensed milk, mix well and, over medium heat, stir until it thickens and turns into a cream.
Add the table cream and stir until combined.
After that, transfer the cream to a large glass dish and set aside.
In another saucepan, add the milk, the condensed milk and the cornstarch, mix well.
Add the chocolate powder and turn on the heat to medium-low temperature and stir until the cream thickens. After that, add the table cream and stir until combined.
Pour the chocolate cream over the white cream in the glass dish, take to the fridge and let it chill for about 1 hour.
After this indicated time, make some whipped cream.
Pour the whipped cream all over the dessert and spread evenly.
For garnishing, draw some lines using a fork and top with chocolate shavings to taste.
Serve.
