Oven-Baked Mashed Potatoes with Toast

Start by placing the mashed potatoes into a large baking tray and spread it evenly.Add the canned corn and spread it.Next, add the chicken nuggets and arrange them so they cover all the corn.Add the grated mozzarella, the grated cheddar, the grated parmesan and cover with the slices of cheddar cheese.Finish with oregano and black pepper to taste.Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 25 minutes.Next, remove the crust from the slices of bread and spread butter to taste.Place them in a large skillet over medium to low heat and toast them until golden.Serve it with the slices of toast.

Ingredientes

  • 1 kg of Mashed Potatoes
  • 2 Cans of Corn (340g)
  • 700g of Chicken Nuggets
  • 100g of Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 100g of Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 100g of Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 6 Slices of Cheddar Cheese
  • Oregano to Taste
  • Black Pepper to Taste

Toast

  • 4 Slices of Bread
  • Butter to Taste

Add the canned corn and spread it. 

Next, add the chicken nuggets and arrange them so they cover all the corn.

Add the grated mozzarella, the grated cheddar, the grated parmesan and cover with the slices of cheddar cheese. 

Finish with oregano and black pepper to taste.

Next, remove the crust from the slices of bread and spread butter to taste.
