Start by chopping the cabbage into thin slices. You can grate it instead, if you prefer.
Transfer it to a bowl and season with salt, mix well.
Transfer half of this cabbage to a glass baking dish and evenly spread it. Set aside.
In another bowl, put the ground beef, season with black pepper, salt and oregano. Grate the carrot and add it to the bowl, chop the onion into dices and also transfer them to the bowl. Mix it all together very well with your hands.
Add the table cream and mix again until combined.
Transfer all this meat to the baking dish with the cabbage, spread well.
Spread the rest of the cabbage over the meat.
Cut the tomatoes into round slices and spread them over the cabbage.
Brush some table cream over the tomatoes and cover with aluminum foil.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 40 to 60 minutes.
Baking time may vary depending on the power of your oven.
Serve.
