Ground Beef Tortilla

Start by placing the tomatoes in a large skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil.Next, add the ground beef meatballs.Cover the skillet and let everything fry for 5 minutes.Then remove all the tomato skin.Add the salt, the black pepper, the chili flakes, the granulated garlic and sauté for another 5 minutes.To assemble the recipe, on a tortilla, add half of the meat we prepared.Add the red onion cut into small cubes, the pickles and 50g of grated mozzarella cheese.Fold in the sides and roll it up.Repeat this process with the other half of the meat.In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and spread it with a brush.Add the tortillas and fry them until golden brown.To make a sauce, in a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the mustard, the ketchup, the barbecue sauce, the honey, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix.Serve.

Sauce

  • 3 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon of Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon of Ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon of Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon of Honey
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder
