
Start by placing the eggs into 4 small bowls and place 2 eggs into each bowl.
Next, grate the carrot, the broccoli stalks and divide them among the bowls with the eggs.
Then in each one pour 50ml of hot water, add a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Cover the bowls.
Transfer them to a large skillet over medium heat with boiling water and a metal rack on the bottom.
Let everything cook for 20 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove them from the skillet.
To finish, add soy sauce to taste and a drizzle of olive oil over each one.
Serve.
