Into a saucepan, add the condensed milk and the corn starch, mix well until combined. Add the table cream, the coconut milk, the milk and the grated coconut. Mix it all together very well until the cream thickens. Turn off the heat and add the chopped white chocolate, stir until melted.
After that, transfer all the cream to a glass dish and set aside.
Melt the semisweet chocolate in 30-second intervals in the microwave, add the table cream and mix until a ganache is formed.
Pour this ganache all over the dessert and spread evenly.
Garnish to taste with chocolate shavings.
Serve.
