Plum Cream Sauce
Into a pan, add the pineapple, the sugar, the water, stir and let it simmer over medium heat until the water has nearly dried completely.
Turn off the heat and let it cool.
Into another pan, add the condensed milk and the corn starch, mix until combined.
Add the milk, the table cream, the egg yolks, the butter, the vanilla essence and mix it all nonstop until it thickens.
Turn off the heat and stir for another minute.
Pour this cream into a bowl, cover with a plastic bag touching the cream and let it cool down.
Add the pineapple that has already cooled down to the cream that has also cooled down and mix very well. Pour this mixture into a glass dish, spread and take it to the fridge.
In a blender, add the plums, the condensed milk, the table cream and blend it all together very well. Transfer this blended plum cream sauce to a bowl and add the whipped cream. Mix well and transfer it to the glass dish, spread out evenly.
Let it chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
