Potato Omelet

Start by cutting the potatoes into thin sticks and set aside.In a bowl, add the eggs, the milk, the salt, the baking powder, the wheat flour, the green and red peppers chopped into small cubes, and mix very well until combined.In a large skillet over medium-low heat, add one drizzle of oil.Add the sliced potato sticks and stir-fry for 5 minutes.Next, pour in the egg mixture we prepared earlier and spread evenly.Cover the skillet and let it all cook for another 5 minutes.After this indicated time, flip the omelet using a plate and add the grated mozzarella.Cover the skillet again and cook until the mozzarella has fully melted.Serve.

  • 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder

  • 150g of Grated Mozzarella Cheese
