For Breading
Start by cutting the slices of bread using a glass.
Then use a rolling pin to flatten these bread slices and set them aside.
Next, boil the eggs, drain all the water and let the eggs cool until they reach room temperature.
Now, use the same glass to cut the slices of cheddar cheese into rounds, also cut the slices of cooked ham into rounds using the same method and set aside.
Once the eggs have cooled, peel all of them.
Transfer them to a large bowl and using a potato masher, mash everything thoroughly until it is completely crushed.
Add the mayonnaise, chopped parsley to taste, the salt, the black pepper and mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
Next, to assemble the sandwich, take one of the bread slices.
Top it with 2 slices of cheese, one tablespoon of the filling we prepared and spread it evenly.
Then add a slice of cooked ham and finish with another bread slice on top.
Repeat this process with all the remaining ingredients.
Now, bread these sandwiches by first dipping them in beaten egg then coat them in panko breadcrumbs.
After breading all the sandwiches, place them in a large skillet over medium heat filled with hot vegetable oil and fry them until golden brown.
Serve.
