
Start by partially removing the skin from the chicken drumsticks.
Next, pour beer over all the drumsticks, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each one and cover it with the chicken skin.
In a medium bowl, add the wheat flour, the salt, a generous pinch of black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the oregano and mix.
Next, divide this flour into two equal portions.
To one half, add the eggs, pour in the water and whisk until smooth and well combined.
To the other portion, add 100ml of water and mix so that the flour forms lumps.
After doing that, bread the chicken drumsticks we prepared earlier.
First, dip them in the batter then coat them in the lumpy flour.
Place them in a large pan over medium heat filled with hot vegetable oil and fry them until golden brown.
Serve.
