Sauce
Start by placing the chicken broth into a jar.
Add the olive oil, the juice of one lemon, the salt, the onion powder, the garlic powder, the smoked paprika and mix.
Next, prepare the chicken breasts by poking holes in them using a fork.
Transfer them to a medium baking dish and add the mixture we prepared.
Cover with plastic wrap, place in the refrigerator and marinate for 24 hours.
After this time has passed, remove from the marinade and transfer to a large baking tray lined with non-stick parchment paper.
Cover with aluminum foil, take to a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 35 minutes.
To prepare a sauce, in a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the butter and stir until melted.
Add the wheat flour and stir until it forms lumps.
Next, add the milk and continue stirring until it becomes a smooth and even cream.
Add the salt, the black pepper, the nutmeg and continue stirring.
Add the grated parmesan cheese, the cheddar cheese and stir until completely melted.
Serve the sauce with the chicken.
