
Start by shaping the edge of the puff pastry disc with the salmon fillet by rolling up the strips in the pastry.
In a medium bowl, add the grated mozzarella cheese, parsley to taste, the cream cheese, the salt, the black pepper and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Then brush the pastry we prepared with the butter.
Add the crushed garlic cloves on top, the filling we prepared and spread it evenly.
Next, add the grated mozzarella cheese.
On the edges, add soy sauce to taste and brush with a beaten egg.
Take to a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 30 minutes.
