In a skillet, add enough oil to cover its entire bottom, add the onion chopped into small cubes, the red, yellow and green bell peppers chopped into cubes, stir and let it all fry for 5 minutes.
Next, add the black pepper, the turmeric, the salt and the sweet paprika, stir for 2 minutes.
Add the chicken breast chopped into cubes and stir well until the spices have incorporated into the chicken. Cover the skillet and let it all cook for another 5 minutes.
After this indicated time, add the tomato sauce, stir once again, cover the skillet and let it all cook for another 5 minutes.
Now, add the white rice, give it a stir and pour in the water, stir until incorporated, cover the skillet again and let it all cook for 7 minutes.
Serve.
