Homemade Kafta

Start by cutting the plastic bottle in half and set the top with the lid aside.In a large bowl, add the ground beef, parsley to taste, the salt, the garlic powder, a pinch of black pepper, the chimichurri, the sweet paprika and mix everything very well to incorporate the seasoning.Transfer all this meat to the bottle that we cut and press it well.Then, place this bottle on top of a glass jar and remove the lid.Insert a barbecue stick in the middle and squeeze it out by shaping it into 1 beef skewer.Repeat this process with all the meat.In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and spread it with a brush.Add the beef skewers we prepared and fry until golden brown on all sides.Then, cut the tomato into slices and set aside.Cut the red onion in half then into thin strips.Once the meat has fried, remove it from the heat and set aside.Now, in the same skillet, add 1 slice of mozzarella cheese and when it melts completely, wrap the skewer we prepared in this cheese.Repeat this process with all the beef skewers.Cut a large baguette into 2 equal parts, cutting off the ends, then cut it in half.To assemble the recipe, add lettuce to taste to this bread, 2 tomato slices, 2 beef skewers we prepared, red onion to taste, ketchup to taste, mayonnaise to taste and mustard to taste.Serve.
