In a saucepan, add the water and let it boil.
Add the chicken breast and let it cook for 5 minutes on each side.
After this indicated time, remove it from the water, cut it into smaller pieces and set aside.
In a bowl, add the eggs, the milk at room temperature and the salt, whisk very well.
Add the wheat flour and the baking powder, mix well again.
Finally, add the mozzarella cheese and the oregano, mix.
Once you’ve done that, in a bowl, add the cooked pieces of chicken and the mixture we made, mix well.
Transfer all this mixture to a baking dish, add the zucchini chopped into round slices, the red bell pepper chopped into strips and another 50g of grated mozzarella cheese.
Take to a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and roast for 25 minutes.
Serve.
