
Start by adding the beef strips tied into knots into a mason jar.
Add the beer, cover the jar and let everything soak for 30 minutes.
After this time has passed, drain all the beer from the meat and set aside.
In a large pan over medium to low heat, add the butter, the olive oil and stir until the butter melts.
Add the drained meat, stir until the meat is browned, remove from the heat and set aside.
In the same pan, add the onions sliced into rings, the crushed cloves of garlic, the red bell pepper chopped into strips, the tomatoes chopped into small cubes, the smoked bacon cut into strips and stir for 5 minutes.
Add the mustard and the soy sauce.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the chimichurri, the sweet paprika, add the beef we prepared and stir for 5 minutes.
Add the cornstarch dissolved in the water and stir for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve.
