
Start by dipping the wheat tortillas in the melted butter.
Then, transfer them to a cutting board, stacking them one on top of the other.
Then using a grater, cut them into squares and set them aside.
Now, shape the ground beef into 9 meatballs.
Next, place one of these meatballs on top of one of the tortillas we prepared and flatten it well using a vegetable masher.
Then add ½ slice of cheddar cheese, ½ slice of mozzarella cheese, ¼ hot dog sausage and fold it, shaping it into a triangle.
Repeat this process with all the tortillas and meatballs.
Next, transfer everything to a large baking tray and brush an egg yolk over everything.
Then add the mix of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top of each one.
Place it in a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 25 minutes.
Serve.
