Different Toasted Bread Cubes

Cut the bread rolls into cubes.Transfer then to a large bowl, season all the bread cubes with the oregano, the salt, the black pepper, the finely chopped parsley, the crushed garlic cloves, the chimichurri, the dried garlic flakes and the grated parmesan, mix very well.Add the melted butter, the olive oil and the tomato sauce, mix again.Transfer all thebread cubes to a baking tray and spread them evenly.Take to a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and bake for 30 minutes.Serve.

  • 6 Hard Stale Breads 
  • 1 Teaspoon of Oregano 
  • 1 Pinch of Salt 
  • 1 Generous Pinch of Black Pepper 
  • Chopped Parsley 
  • 4 Garlic Cloves 
  • 1 Teaspoon of Chimichurri 
  • 1 Teaspoon of Dried Garlic Flakes 
  • 50g of Grated Parmesan Cheese 
  • 1 Tablespoon of Melted Unsalted Butter 
  • 1 Generous Drizzle of Olive Oil 
  • ½ Cup of Tomato Sauce

Modo de Fazer

Cut the bread rolls into cubes. 

Transfer then to a large bowl, season all the bread cubes with the oregano, the salt, the black pepper, the finely chopped parsley, the crushed garlic cloves, the chimichurri, the dried garlic flakes and the grated parmesan, mix very well. 

Add the melted butter, the olive oil and the tomato sauce, mix again. 

Transfer all the bread cubes to a baking tray and spread them evenly.

Take to a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and bake for 30 minutes.

Serve.
