Cut the bread rolls into cubes.
Transfer then to a large bowl, season all the bread cubes with the oregano, the salt, the black pepper, the finely chopped parsley, the crushed garlic cloves, the chimichurri, the dried garlic flakes and the grated parmesan, mix very well.
Add the melted butter, the olive oil and the tomato sauce, mix again.
Transfer all the bread cubes to a baking tray and spread them evenly.
Take to a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve.
