In a saucepan, add the water and the mango-flavored jelly powder, turn on the heat and stir until the jelly powder dissolves, which will take about 5 minutes.
Once you’ve done that, transfer all the liquid jelly to a dish, take it to the fridge and let it chill for 2 hours.
Cut the mango into cubes and set aside.
When the jelly is ready, also cut it into cubes, and using a spatula, release all these cubes. Set aside.
In a dish, add the light cream, the milk and the condensed milk, mix well.
Add the previously hydrated sago and mix very well.
Then add the mango cubes, the jelly cubes and mix again.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 1 hour.
Serve.
