Ground Beef
Start by cutting eight the chicken breast into thin fillets.
Cover these fillets with plastic wrap and pound them very well with a meat mallet.
Season with a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add 1 drizzle of olive oil.
Add the onion chopped into cubes, the crushed garlic cloves and sauté until slightly golden brown.
When that happens, add the ground beef and stir until all the water has evaporated.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the sweet paprika, the tomato sauce and mix everything very well to combine.
In a ladle, fit the chicken fillet we prepared and ½ slice of mozzarella cheese.
Add 2 tablespoons of the meat we prepared, 1 small cube of cheddar cheese and close the chicken by wrapping the filling.
Transfer to a baking sheet and repeat this process with all the fillets and all the meat.
Then, spread some mayonnaise on each piece of chicken.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 25 minutes.
Serve.
