
Start by adding the butter to the ground beef in a Ziplock bag and mix everything very well to incorporate.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika and the chimichurri.
Add the onion cut into small cubes, the grated potato, the carrot also grated, the red bell pepper cut into small cubes, the finely chopped garlic cloves, the grated mozzarella, the grated cheddar cheese, parsley to taste, the eggs and the cream cheese.
Next, seal the bag and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Then take a handful of this mixture and roll it into a ball and shape it into a patty.
Repeat this process with all the meat.
Transfer everything to a large baking sheet lined with non-stick parchment paper and make indentations using a spoon.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve.
