Egg Mixture
Start by seasoning the ground beef with the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix everything very well to combine.
After doing that, take a handful of this meat, place it onto a wheat tortilla and spread it evenly until the edges are covered.
Repeat this process with all the meat.
After doing that, stack the tortillas in a row, roll them up tightly forming a cylinder and cut it into slices about 2 finger-widths thick.
Next, transfer all these slices to a large baking pan and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the eggs, the salt, the black pepper and mix everything thoroughly to combine.
Pour this egg mixture into the baking pan with the slices and add the shredded cheddar cheese.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve.
